That’s right buster….I’m going to flip your lip

Simply put, oral health for pets is critical to long life and overall well-being. Pets with clean mouths, free of red gums, plaque and tarter have no oral pain, have healthier internal organs, eat better, are more active, and live longer.

Flip the Lip!

Take your pet’s oral health literally into your own hands by ‘flipping the lip’ of your pet.  Here’s how it’s done:

Look for redness along the gum line, build up of calculus on teeth, and note any bad odors. All are signs of an oral infection

"You're not really going to bug me right now, are you? I'm comfortable."

“You’re not really going to bug me right now, are you? I’m comfortable.”

Lift the lip of your pet near to where the molar teeth reside.  Take a look.  What do you see?  Redness?  Plaque?  Calculus?  Healthy pet mouths look exactly like yours: the gums are coral colored and the teeth are white.  Is this what you are seeing?  And…just like your mouth…redness hurts…and signs of calculus are accurate indicators that something much more serious is going on below the gum line.
