Schedule Your Own Appointment Online
Next time you need an appointment with us, you can use this link or just navigate to the homepage of our website from any device and click the ‘Make An Appointment’ button in the middle of the page. You don’t have to wait for a confirmation; you can book your pet’s appointment directly into our scheduler!
Text Message Us
Clients can now receive a near-instant response by using our two-way texting service and the number 845 638 3600. The following services are available to established clients only through text messaging:
- Appointment check in
- Medication refill request
- View pet’s latest lab results
- One touch pay
- Communicate to doctor in real time (based on availability)
Services Through Our App.
Animal Medical uses a secure, pet-health application called PetDesk to improve your experience. Services through our PetDesk app overlap somewhat with our texting service, but you don’t have to worry about this on your side. We’ll coordinate everything on our end. Services through our application include:
- Up-to-date information on the services due for your pet
- Appointment confirmation
- Prescription refill request
- Instantly review/show proof of your pet’s vaccinations
- Instantly review your pet’s lab results
- Receive and use reward points for select Animal Medical services
Pre-visit Medical History
After you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive a link to a brief online questionnaire about your pet’s current health status and any symptoms he or she may be experiencing. No need to print it out, you can complete it on any device and send it back to us with the click of a button. These forms are built using conditional logic, so you won’t have to waste your time answering questions that aren’t relevant to your pet’s medical condition. For a healthy pet, the form won’t require more than 2 minutes of your time and it will shave off at least 10 minutes from your pet’s physical visit with us.
Indoor Care Coming
Most of our team members will be fully vaccinated soon and we’re optimistic that we’ll receive word that it’s safe for all of us to resume inside care. In the meantime, these new protocols will help you manage your pet’s medical care with us efficiently and accurately.
