Need To Cancel or Change Your Appointment?

Appointment changes or cancellation can be done by emailing us at clientservices@animalmedicalnc.com. You can also phone us at 845-638-3600.

Cancellation Policy

Office visits must be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Surgeries within 72 hours.  Timely cancellations means that we can give your valuable appointment slot to another companion pet in need of our help.

If you do not cancel within the time limits described above, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit before you are able to schedule your next appointment.  All deposits will be applied to your invoice.
