Claudia
Veterinary Technologist
Claudia has been with Animal Medical for over 13 years! That means a lot of big dogs and pitbulls have stolen her heart. When she’s not getting big dog kisses, she’s traveling to a beach or baking cakes (and hopefully bringing in cupcakes for her coworkers).
Sandy
Veterinary Technologist
Sandy has been part of the AMNC family since 1996. She earned her Bachelor of Science in veterinary technology and Master of Science in organizational leadership from Mercy Univeristy. She especially loves ophthalmology, anesthesia, and surgical nursing. She also is an assistant professor at Mercy College where she shares her knowledge and experience with vet tech students. Sandy has a special place in her heart for the grumpy cats who visit our practice and is always trying to win them over.
Jacque
Veterinary Technologist
Jacque started her AMNC career as an extern from Mercy University in 2017. She has expanded into managing in the hospital’s inventory, as well as enjoying her LVT duties. Her career has now come full circle, as Jacque volunteers with Spay/Neuter clinics and has recently become an adjunct professor in the Veterinary Technologist program at Mercy. Jacque’s family includes her husband, Brian and son, Patrick and Yoda (Corgi) and Sweet Pea (cat adopted from AMNC). Together, they love biking, crafting and going to the Bronx Zoo
Bryan
Veterinary Technologist
Bryan came to us as a Mercy University extern but we liked him so much, we begged him to stay and he gratefully obliged. Since then, he has passed his VTNE and is excelling as our newest LVT. He’s now on the road to becoming a Veterinarian. In his (minimal) spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family & friends, his cat Karou, going to Disney and taking naps.

Dori
Veterinary Assistant
You have probably met Dori at one of the community events that Animal Medical attends, like the New City Street Fair. Dori has a Master’s Degree from Marist College. She loves running, skiing, traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband, Yeti (Labrador), Sydney (Boxer) and cats. Dori enjoys working hard and laughing with her coworkers who became friends.
Dianna
Veterinary Assistant
If you’ve met Dianna out on the street she’s probably asked to pet your dog! She’s spent over 10 years working with animals in various ways, including work on a ranch, turtle tagging in Florida, adoption coordination at a shelter, and helping to run a canine physical therapy center. In her spare time she loves rehabbing squirrels as a NY state licensed Wildlife Rehabber, longboarding, and spending time with her wonderful husband Shea and her handsome kitty Warren.

Anthony joined AMNC as the Practice Manager in November of 2023. Before that he worked for VEG, IDEXX, and was a veterinary technician in NJ. He has 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a bunch of foster dogs.
